When introduced to client, I always prefer taking 10-15 minutes on the phone with them to personally introduce myself and vice versa. Determine what their true wants and needs are. Once I get notice of complete, I reach out and set up call to review and fine tune application. Always suggesting taking next step of doing PowerBid.
